The incumbent will be responsible for managing the HR, IR & Admin processes at the Divisional location. They key contributions will be assisting the Divisional / Factory Heads in areas of:
1. Manpower Planning & Sourcing
2. Training & Development
3. Performance Management System
4. Policy Communication & Implementation of Policies and company wide initiatives
5. Employee Relations, Grievance Handling & Employee Counseling
6. Statutory & Legal Compliances
B) Corporate Personnel & Administration Assignments
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the sub-processes in Recruitment, Compensation, Training & Development, HRIS, PMS and Recruitment Operations in HR, IR or Administration department.
